About Me
Welcome to BetterForYou, where we focus on holistic living and hormone balancing. As a Certified Health Coach and Certified Hormone & Stress Specialist, I’m thrilled to have you here.
My journey into this field stems from a lifelong passion for health and wellness, which took a profound turn in recent years due to eye-opening events. When someone very close to me was diagnosed with cancer, my research into “cancer-fighting foods,” “holistic treatments and supplements” revealed a startling truth – everyday ingredients increase our risk for cancer, diabetes, dementia, IBS, stress and so many more “common” yet devastating diagnoses.
Simultaneously, I grappled with chronic migraines and hormonal imbalances for several years. Despite consulting multiple doctors who claimed I was “fine,” I took my health into my own hands. Holistic living emerged as the key to addressing these issues at their core. My ultimate goal is to empower as many people as possible with the knowledge and confidence to make healthier choices for themselves and their loved ones.
